Limit Break: Garyou Tensei Limit Break Description: A single, sudden cut that has the power to rend the very area around Baiken, destroying the nearby environment as well as her opponent. If the opponent isn't instantly fell by the cut, they are at least in a position, damage wise, where it would be incredibly unwise to continue the fight. Because the attack is so sudden and powerful, there's not a lot that can be done to block it, but one DOES have to be in close range to Baiken in order for it to work. If Garyou Tensei fails, it cannot be used again within the same battle, and every moment that is spent preparing the attack before it is unleashed slowly drains Baiken's own health. If the attack hits, there is a small, roughly 5 to 8 second delay before the effects of the cut are actually noticed. Visual reference.
